USERS OF SITES IN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA This section of this Privacy Policy applies only if you use the Site from a country that is a Member State of the European Economic Area, and supplements the information in this Privacy Policy.

Duncan Laurence (waar de website www.duncanlaurence.nl onder valt) als de app “The base” (die gebruikt maakt van enkele subpagina’s van www.duncanlaurence.nl en “The base” in beheer heeft) hechten veel waarde aan de AVG en hebben voorzorgsmaatregelen genomen om jouw gegevens te beschermen. Om lid te kunnen worden van “The base” en gebruik te maken van de app vragen we je om dit statement te lezen en akkoord te gaan. Ben je onder de 16 jaar heb je hiervoor toestemming nodig van je ouders/voogd/verzorgers.

Welke gegevens slaan we van je op? Wij slaan je persoonlijke gegevens op in het controlcentre van :The base” We bewaren persoonlijke informatie zoals je naam, woonplaats, email, geboortedatum en in het geval dat je een profiel aanmaakt op The base, ook zaken als je profielfoto. Wanneer je een profiel hebt aangemaakt op The base kun je foto’s en filmpjes uploaden, welke gekoppeld worden aan jouw persoonlijk profiel. Daarnaast houden we een overzicht bij van de winnaars van prijzen die gewonnen kunnen worden via de website(s). Maak je gebruik van de app, dan worden de volgende gegevens ook opgeslagen: Tijdens toekomstige evenementen die The base organiseert, worden er diverse foto’s gemaakt die later op verschillende locaties (denk aan de website, social media, The base etc) gepubliceerd kunnen worden. Wanneer je geen toestemming voor publicatie geeft dien je vóór het bezoeken van deze evenementen dit aan ons door te geven via een e-mail naar karim@85management.com. We zullen dan geen foto’s gebruiken waar jij op staat.
Wat is het doel van het opslaan van je gegevens? Duncan Laurence The base gebruikt je gegevens voor de volgende doeleinden:
- Voor het aanbieden van producten en diensten in het kader van een gebruiksovereenkomst.
- Voor het onderhouden van contact met jou. Bijvoorbeeld voor het versturen van nieuwsbrieven of persoonlijke communicatie.
- Om aan wettelijike verplichtingen te voldoen>
- Om het gebruik van onze diensten en prodcuten te verbeteren.
- Om contact met je te houden via alles dat binnen de app gebeurd.
Wie heeft toegang tot je gegevens? Je gegevens kunnen worden gedeeld onder de medewerkers van The base die deze gegevens uit hoofde van hun functie nodig hebben. Onze medewerkers hebben allen geheimhoudingsplicht. Daarnaast kan Honeycommb.com, de ontwikkelaar van onze app, bij deze gegevens. We zullen jouw gegevens nooit doorsturen, verkopen of ruilen aan/met derden buiten The base voor marketingdoeleinden. Gegevens die worden doorgestuurd aan derden, worden uitsluitend gebruikt om je te voorzien van onze diensten. Indien wij deze gegevens niet kunnen opslaan, kunnen we jou niet voorzien van onze diensten die horen bij het lidmaatschap.
Wat is de juridische grondslag voor de verwerking? Voor elke specifieke verwerking van persoonsgegevens die we van je verzamelen, krijg je van ons bericht of de overdracht van persoonsgegevens wettelijk verplicht of vereist is om een overeenkomst te sluiten en of het een verplichting is om de persoonsgegevens te verstrekken en wat de mogelijke gevolgen zijn als je ervoor kiest dit niet te doen.
Wat zijn jouw rechten? Recht op informatie: Je hebt het recht om op elk moment informatie op te vragen over de persoonsgegevens die we over je bewaren. Je kunt contact opnemen met Duncan Laurence The base die je deze persoonsgegevens via de e-mail kan verschaffen. Recht op portabiliteit: Wanneer The base je persoonsgegevens op geautomatiseerde wijze verwerkt op basis van jouw toestemming of op basis van een overeenkomst, heb je het recht om een kopie te krijgen van jouw gegevens in een gestructureerd, veelgebruikt en machineleesbaar formaat. Dit heeft alleen betrekking op de persoonsgegevens die jij ons verstrekt hebt. Recht op correctie: Je hebt het recht om te verzoeken om correctie van je persoonsgegevens wanneer deze incorrect zijn, met inbegrip van het recht op completering van onvolledige persoonsgegevens. Als je een profiel op The base hebt, kun je een deel van jouw persoonsgegevens aanpassen op je eigen account en/of lidmaatschap pagina’s. Recht op beperking en verwijdering: We bewaren je gegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk is het voor doel van de gegevensverwerking dan wel op grond van de wet vereist is. Je hebt het recht om op elk moment de door The base verwerkte persoonsgegevens te verwijderen, behalve in de volgende situaties:
- Je hebt een openstaande bestelling die nog niet of gedeeltelijk is verzonden * Je hebt een nog niet afgewikkelde schuld bij The base, ongeacht de betalingswijze * Je wordt ervan verdacht in de afgelopen vier jaar onze diensten te hebben misbruikt of je hebt in de afgelopen vier jaar onze diensten misbruikt * Indien je een aankoop hebt gedaan, bewaren we je persoonsgegevens in verband met je transactie ten behoeve van de boekhoudregels * Indien niet anders afgesproken, bewaren we je gegevens zolang we ze nodig hebben, tenzij jij nadrukkelijk verzoekt je gegevens te verwijderen. Wanneer je ons verzoekt de gegevens die we van je verwerken te beperken, zullen we minder gegevens van je verwerken. Dit kan wel invloed hebben op de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening. Het recht om bezwaar te maken tegen verwerking op basis van een gerechtvaardigd belang: Je hebt het recht om bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens op basis van een gerechtvaardigd belang van The base zal de persoonsgegevens niet blijven verwerken, tenzij we een rechtsgrondslag kunnen aantonen voor het proces die zwaarder weegt dan jouw belangen en rechten of als gevolg van juridische claims. Het recht om bezwaar te maken tegen direct marketing: Je hebt het recht om bezwaar te maken tegen direct marketing, denk daarbij aan emails van The base met inbegrip van profielanalyse voor direct marketingdoeleinden. Hoe kun je je rechten uitoefenen? We nemen gegevensbescherming heel serieus. Daarom hebben we een toegewijde groep medewerkers die jouw vragen met betrekking tot de bovengenoemde rechten behandelt.
